Newton Abbot, DevonI have purchased a few items from this company, of which one was a Delux leaf skimmer which broke after a couple of months. An email was sent with a very prompt reply, saying they would send out a professional skimmer net free of charge. Excellent service. Thanks Pool warehouse from a very happy customer.
I previously rated this at one star; however, they did deliver the corrected order very quickly but to an adjacent house so I only knew of it recently. The local press refers to a big warehouse fire at Stroud, Gloucs; this may be why all attempts at contacting them have failed, assuming this to be the case I have changed my mind.
I have been trying to contact this company for some time, to correct an order wrongly delivered; their phone is "out of service" and all attempts at email have failed.
01.09.2017. My delivery from pool warehouse in Stroud has just arrived in Portugal. The service was so good I just had to write a review! It is not often you have the pleasure of receiving excellent service. I ordered a new solguard pool cover, made to measure with factory fitted tow rope and reinforced tail along with a winter cover, some pool straps and a couple of inflatable toys. Alison was great with the order, calling to confirm everything. The goods were shipped in just a few days and even the courier company were great to deal with. 10/10. I used to work in home delivery for a large retailer, and Pool Warhouse shows how it should be done. Delighted.
